Order and shipment

Most items on our website will be ready to ship within 2to3business days. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us before it is process for shipment.

Can i make a change to my order?

We process orders as soon as possible. Once your order is confirmed within our system we are unable to make any changes to your order. If you have any further questions on this please reach out to us via our customer service chat.

Where do my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse

Do you ship international?

We only ship in Philippines

How long will it take to received my product?

Product deliveries varies on location and weather conditions

  • Manila (1 - 3 Days)
  • Provincial (3 - 5 Days)

How to track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive an update with your tracking number for your reference to track your parcel.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!

I received a damaged/incorrect item. What should I do?

If you receive a faulty unit, or the wrong product please contact our Customer Support team (Customer care) to start the return process. Please include the following information • Order number• Video or photo of the faulty product • Complete delivery address AND contact no.
